Why won’t Sky Glass turn on?

How do I force Sky Glass to turn on?
1. Ensure that the remote is paired properly
- Disconnect the Sky Glass TV from the power supply and connect it again.
- Once the TV boots properly, press and hold 1 and 3 on the remote control.
- This will start the pairing process, and once paired the TV should start working.
2. Disconnect the TV from the outlet
- Disconnect the power cable from the power source.
- Leave it like this for about a minute.
- Plug it back in and wait for a few minutes to boot completely.
- Optional: Some users suggested that doing this several times worked for them, so feel free to try it.
3. Disconnect the TV from the outlet and hold the Power button
- Disconnect the TV from the power outlet.
- Hold the Power button on the TV.
- Connect the TV to the outlet again.
- Keep the button pressed for another 10-20 seconds. If done correctly, the power light LED should flash.
- The recovery process will now start, lasting about 15 minutes.
