IBM’s latest offering, IBM Copilot Runway, will allow clients to streamline work, reduce the time spent on monotonous tasks, and improve productivity by leveraging the powers of generative AI.

According to IBM’s blog post, with IBM Copilot Runway, clients can design and deploy custom copilots, including Copilot for Microsoft 365, for a wide array of tasks. The company has also formed a team of dedicated professionals with expertise in Microsoft copilot, who will assist clients in the process, from creation to deployment.

The initial focus will be priority use cases and industries. In the blog post, IBM lists three use uses,

1. The Procurement and Finance Contract Copilot which assists specialists in extracting valuable insights from contracts.
2. The Customer Service and Field Service Copilot which gives agents and technicians access to self-service options and a time-saving generative AI search.
3. The Employee Experience Copilot which is designed to enhance employee engagement.

IBM also confirmed that it is making advancements in Microsoft copilot capabilities and scaling it across global operations.
